A new frontier of leadership

I am offering a new frontier of leadership.

Leadership that is more about where you are sourced from and what wants to come through you as you take a stand for your unique flavour of service.

Leadership sourced in the beating heart of life-force which transmits through a capacity for chaos, regenerative Eros, creativity, purpose, passion and will.

Leadership that honours the soul values of courage, love, freedom and beauty.

Leadership that longs to serve humanity’s unfoldment, however that looks.

Collectively, leadership tends to be rooted in hierarchy, societal notions of expertise and risk management. Toxic political dynamics, dogma and domination are commonplace. Increasingly modern leaders are looking to learn more about organisational culture, diversity, representation and supporting people’s wellbeing. 

While all of this is supportive, I’m interested in an exploration of leadership which transcends anything we see in corporate structures and ‘company culture’.

The exploration starts in the core of your being.

I am interested in leadership that comes through those who are grounded in their sense of self and resonate with the values of integrity, trust and surrender.

Leadership that is not about ‘getting somewhere’ but unpeeling what is in the way of your true essence shining forth and taking a stand for the leadership of your soul.

To be a ‘leader’: 

You don’t have to feel ‘prepared’.

Your version of leadership doesn’t have to look like anything we see in the outer world.

You do need to feel a strong yes to what is emerging from the core of your being and surrender to that.
