Leadership looks like many things… including earth sovereignty.
EARTH LEADERSHIP
We are in a time of collective dissolution.
The ones that come out in tact are the ones who are okay with this fact.
We desperately need these people to stand up and lead from all sides.
Not from the front like the cavalcade and politicians.
Not from the back like the army generals in leather chairs.
Leadership from all sides, all corners.
Leaders who do not polarise.
Critique, cat call or condemn.

We need leaders who know dissolution like the back of their hand.
Who are not seeking the riches of the old world order.
Leaders who have come up from the mud and earth of initiation.
Who are ripe and ready for the beating heart of service.

Earth Leadership,
That wants your flavour, your expression, your creativity, your love, your gifts, your humanity.
Your access to soul, your service to spirit.
But knows,
This does not belong to you.
It flows through you.

The world is crying out for leaders who are radical renegades.
Enough of us know that the time is now for those who are willing and able to step forward and play their part in the collective unfolding.
We have great art. We have great technology. We have great systems, big ideas and shiny doctrines.
What we are missing is a dedication to love at the expense of clutching for survival.
We want the soul-driven leaders who are willing to stand for what they believe in.
Even if it rocks the boat and requires risk and rebellion.
What we need is the artists, poets, entrepreneurs.
The s*x witches, the midwives, doulas, death walkers and workers.
The land owners who know they are temporary guardians.
The bridges who reach for the thirsty.
The writers, teachers, healers.
Those that work with children who know that de-conditioning starts immediately.
Businesses born of conscious conception.
Those that let go of what is already dead and dying.
Those who create something from nothing and know its priceless.
The people who are willing to stand in the face of endless systemic saturation.
We want the freedom fighters, content creators, wheel spinners and churners of the hard and brutal yards.
We want the creators of a more soulful world and we want them now.

Times of great change in humanity come and go.
Great art, great change, true transformation is born from the bottom up.
The tide starts to turn and humanity inevitability rolls with the punches and history is the ashes.
But surely many of us feel that we have tried enough of the things.
We have tasted enough of the fruits of our labours.
Heard enough of the soundbites.
We have mostly all lost faith in the people we called the powerful.
The mask has slipped and the question is not:
Who now?
But what now?
